One of the most unforgettable places I have visited in Paris is Père Lachaise Cemetery, the largest and most famous cemetery in France. More than a cemetery, it is an open-air museum where architecture, sculpture, history, and nature come together.
Walking through its peaceful pathways feels like stepping into another century. Every corner reveals impressive mausoleums, artistic monuments, colorful stained-glass windows, and memorials dedicated to remarkable people whose legacy continues today.
As both a photographer and professional photo retoucher, I was fascinated by the incredible textures of weathered stone, soft spring light, bronze sculptures, and architectural details that make every photograph unique.
